“The salesman was very pleasant and not pushy at all. My gutters have some spots that were not the best for drainage and he assured me the installers would know how to take care of them. He assured me there would be no leaks. The installers came and cleaned out the gutters that were full of debris and standing water, then installed the Leaf filter system. Several drips developed and the installer slathered silicone caulk over the outside of the gutter. The installer then said if it continues to leak then call it in. With the first rain, water again was dripping and pouring out from the spot I was concerned about. The first call I made to the warranty center was never returned. I went online and reported the problem. The repair date was set at 2 weeks out. So the initial install was good as for timing, but the warranty repair part needs some improvement. I’ll repost as to quality of repair after it’s done.”
